Women's Enterprise Circle
An online boutique business development program
Do you have a business idea you’d like to explore?
It’s not uncommon for women to have income-earning ideas circling their mind like hawks in summer skies.
So you have an idea - small or large or wild! Now what!
We explore it. We land it on the page. We clarify it. We give it shape. Maybe it has legs - and maybe our explorations lead you to a whole new idea.
Women’s Enterprise Circle is a 4-session online program designed to help you make sense of your idea, and reinforce the courage you need to action it when the time is right.
This structured online program is designed to support women to develop supplementary income streams by putting existing skills to work. As well, it’s not uncommon for women to underestimate the skills they have, taking for granted the skills they use everyday.
This program offers you training in planning and delivering workshops. Why?
workshops offer you short practice runs and opportunities to hone and clarify your idea
workshops offer opportunities to practice and refine your skillset
workshops are great preparation for selling your business idea
workshops give you valuable business development training.
This program will assist you with:
* exploring and clarifying your business ideas
* identifying the skills you need/already have
* transforming those skills into income-generating workshops
* learning how to design workshops (online and face-to-face)
* learning facilitation skills
* identifying necessary tools and resources to promote and host your workshop.
THE NEXT WOMEN’S ENTERPRISE CIRCLE IS FOR WOMEN IN FAR WEST NSW - if you would like to host a Women’s Enterprise Circle in your region, contact me.
There are concerns the far west is once again heading into drought. This impacts family incomes and community wellbeing.
Many women need sustainable ways to generate supplementary incomes, especially during drought conditions - this program offers the support you need to act on bright ideas.
Families and communities need strategies for mitigating the economic impact of prolonged drought - this program encourages innovation and self-entrepreneurship
Indigenous and other rural women often need support to recognise, develop and confidently market their skills for income generation - this program recognises the value of shared learning
Geographically isolated people need access to skilled training, in this case to identify and transform unique life skills into viable business opportunities - this program brings innovative training to remote women.
Women benefit from strong, culturally diverse networks that foster shared learning and long-term support. Embedded in this program are strategies for ongoing peer engagement and support.
If you know women who might be interested in this program, download the flyer or share this page.
Money is not a reason not to participate! If the $25/session fee is out of your reach, please contact me.
The Far West Women’s Enterprise Circle is made possible by the Mary MacKillop Today, and is supported by Foundation Broken Hill.
